Posted: Tue May 16, 2006 4:46 pm Post subject: Unzip not working on AID 3.0 after HD upgrade
I've narrowed down a problem I posted about on this thread, http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/postt15721.html, to an issue with unzip issue with AID 3.0/3.0.1. Any of the installers that require unzip fail to execute. The log file indicates an error code of 0 or 5.
I've installed a few smaller apps by FTPing the zip to my PC, extracting and FTPing back. I'd like to tackle x dsl through the AID DVD if possible.
Steps
Installed SID4.5 Nknave/007 to original HD
Installed Evox and XBMC from AID 3.0
Copied to new HD with XBOXHDM
Re-ran 007 patch again to get softmod back
Update XBMC from AID 3.0.1
Then I noticed the problem with unzip and the installer.

Looking through the threads I found another user with what I think is the same issue, http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/postt15285.html. He swapped hard drives also. No solution though.
