Hi there I'm trying to install a 60 gig drive in a soft modded box. I have formated the drive in my chipped box and the non chipped box will not recognize it.
Any and all help woud be apreciated.

You have to ftp the eeprom of the softmodded box to your pc. Then use xboxhdm to lock the 60 gig to your eeprom.

When you hook up the 60 gig to you pc, it has to be in the primary master position (middle conector of the primary IDE ribbon and jumper set to master). Then when you hook it up to your xbox, move the jumper to cable select.
