I got to load on AID 3 and wanted to ask everyone, what's good to start with on the XBOX? I've loaded on DVD2Box and the DVD-X. I know emulators are fun, but I wanted to know if there were other good stuff out there.
Also is there info on about all the different partitions on the factory Xbox HD and what to use them all for? There's like 4 or 5 and I don't want to load stuff onto the wrong partition.
I'm really excitied that I got the softmod to work. Very Happy

there are homebrew games that are modified pc games that are made to run on xbox, Like Quake, Doom, Duke Nukem, and they are the older games but fun to play again thou,

Now the partitions, C is where your m$ dash is located, D is your DVD rom drive E is where you put your hacked dashes in or your emulators and applications, now F & G is used when theres a bigger harddrive installed, you may see F on you retail xbox drive but you cant put anything in it as it reads 0 MB, Your X,Y,Z partitions are your xboxes Caches, you cant put anything in these so just leave those bee.

So for a retail harddrive you just put your stuff on E, but you cant really copy xbox games to your harddrive because its not big enough to support it generally depending on the size of the game, there are small enough games out there that will fit on a retail harddrive.

I Hope that answers your questions.
