i am wanting to install a new hard drive over 120g....i realize i must ftp everything on my current drive over to my computer and than intall the new drive.....after i do this do i simply use my aid 3.0 disk and format a new drive than ftp all my folders back over to my new drive? is it that simple or am i missing something? thanks for the help

well first of all explain to us what you have ? if you have a chipped box then its simple as poping aid 3 in and 1 2 3 but if its a softmod then yes it requires for you to transfer really 1 file which is eeprom.binyou need this file to lock your hd on xboxhdm1.9 and you need to put anything on C folder so it can load a dashboard.

It's good to backup E drive at least to keep your gamesaves, but Gus is correct, you must specify weather it's Softmod or Chip, cause if it's chip, and you already know what to do, if it's Softmod, than you got some studing to do. _________________ Xbox v1.1
