ok i did what i said on the tin
and i used the 'slinter cell' exploit or something
i got the 'sid' to appear on my unmodded xbox
and followed most tutorials
but... and here it comes....
now when i boot up splinter cell to continue
it comes up with 'sid' after i do the save game bit
and then my xbox resets itself after a few seconds
on the menu screen.
so i cannot do the other steps mentioned in the tutorials
i downloaded the 'slinter cell' bits from 'aid' to my memory card
(using a chipped xbox) and then copied the files from my memory card
to my unmodded xbox!
and all that seemed to work
so i followed all the instructions step-by-step
and everything seemed to go right, then i reset my xbox
and i went straight to the setting up xbox live screen and then crashed
then when i go back to 'sid' after booting up 'splinter cell'
i get to the menu screen (in sid) and after a few seconds it resets
help help help help, please

Sorry I dont know how to help you. But how did you get AID on your memory card from a chipped xbox??? Can you give me the link to the tut?
