i also just checked and the hd is a : Western Digital Caviar WD3200JB 320GB 7200RPM 8MB cache
EIDE ATA-100 (OEM)


so i guess there's really no point in anything higer than an ata100 cable then right?

alright now i cant wait to get ahold of my buddy to pick it up for me....

so really the maxtors 16mb cache is useless?? why do they even make it then?

its not useless, the xbox console only transfer 33 mb/s i belive.... while a pc will react diffrent... so thats why they make them lol cuz its for pc not inteded for xbox Razz
