I have a softmodded xb. I had it for some time now and I just found out about xbconnect. I got all excited and I tried to hook it up but I am having problems.
-I have a wireless ethernet adapter (NetGear)
-a wireless router downstairs (NetGear)
-a crossover network cable going from my xb to my PC's network card.
I can access my xb files no problem (C:, D:, E: etc.).... but I can NOT go online with the wireless ethernet adapter at the same time.
So when I try to go on to xbconnect, it won't detect my xb.
I can't figure out if what I am trying to do is even possible.
Do I have to buy a special wireless ethernet adapter just for my xbox?
Any help would be much appreciated.
