i have a 60 gig HDD that i'm using now and have a 250 gig that i'm upgrading to. I need to take that 60 and make it into extra storage for my pc. how can i do that when it wont recognize it? thanks for any help.

The drive needs to be unlocked by the xbox. Then from the pc, you have to run fdisk to rebuild the partition table. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

From my "testing", I have found that the hdd needs to be unlocked by mean of what ever locked it.
If you used a modchip to lock it, use the modchip to unlock it. If you locked it with xboxhdm, unlock it with xboxhdm....etc. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

the HDD is unlocked and i have fdisk, but it doesnt recognize anything. i've searched and searched and found nothing. please help
