its been a min since i turned my xbox on, but last time i did i had an error 6 or 7, cant remember the number. But i do remember wat the error ment, Hard Disk Timed Out. So if any has any possiblke solutions taht does not involve dif hd or dif IDE then id REALLY appreciate the help!!

Try to replace the IDE ribbon first.
If that doesn't work, hopefully you have saved the eeprom to your pc. You will need that to build a new hdd.
That's assuming your hdd is fubar.
If you have unlocked it or lock it to a different eeprom, well that's a whole other can of worms. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

i have already tried IDE and dif hd neither worked i used my stock hd and even it wouldnt work
