I have gotten everything trasfered to my pc from the xbox and go to open the make-iso-win file and the dos screen flashes, but goes right off. How do I download the iso file?

downlaod the iso???? u dont lol you gotta make it with your retail C on your xdm1.9 C folder eeprom.bin on your EEPROM folder make iso win burn the image change boot order to read cd drive first take out ur retail hd ... new xbox hd jumper setting as master cd drive as slave
once on linux menu type xboxhd then enter 1( build new hd from scratch couple of yes F yes once done partitions reboot or poweroff and then this time go to 3( lockin unlockin ultiles and type exactly
lockhd -a and it should be good from thieir..... remeber retail C and eeprom.bin and thats it .... if you want your personal stuff then transfer the rest of E ....
if you have sid4.0 then on e/eeprom is fake real one is under E/udata/252 somting / 00000 / backup/eeprom somewhere here.
since you have sid 4 then your C is fake as well.. get retail ms dash from pirrup signiture its called ms-c extrac it and transfer the contents of it to xdm1.9 C folder _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

What is it supposed to do when I double click the make iso win file?

When you click make-iso-win, it takes whatever files you loaded in the linux folders and makes the iso. Then you have to burn the iso. _________________ XBOX V1.4

Now, I finally got the iso file to come up, but when I went to burn it, the file was to big to put on one disk. Am I supposed to use 2 disks?

You could burn a DVD. I usually just put ms dash files in C, eeprom in its folder. After hdd is in, reinstall gamesaves and softmod. _________________ XBOX V1.4

The only problem with that is I don't have a dvd burner. Is there any other way?

I do, but the iso file size is 854mb where my discs can only hold 700mb. Is there anything I can do to lessen the size of the iso file?

i dont understand why yours is that big...you must have something on there....my xboxhd disc is 669 mb and i have xbmc and all that on it....the only thing i deleted were 2 games i had on it.....
what all exactly do you have on there thats making it that big? _________________

The E folder alone is 653mb, and that is all in the backup folder. The C folder is about 175mb.
