To be honest, I found absolutely nothing in my half hour google search. Just a bunch of friggin popups.
You may want to try IRC, filesharing programs like bearshare and kazaa
If you find, share the wealth and let me know. Or, forahobby can give you some pretty clear instructions on making your own.
