ok my harddrive has been formatted i have unleash x installed and i need to reinstall the ms dashboard. and my ms backup has been erased as well.

I'm a bit confused... Is this a softmodded box? If it is, it's a simple as popping in your softmod game, loading up the exploit, and FTPing over the files you need.
