ok i ftp'd with flash fxp and went in E/backups i believe and got my eeprom.bin and hddkey.bin...on my pc though they say the file type is avg update....is it supposed to do that? _________________

AVG uses "bins" to store it's information. Your computer simply has no other common frame of reference, so it uses AVG as the reference.
Your computer could show it runs on Bobs program if it wishes and it doesn't make a difference since the pc won't be running those files anyway. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th
