Hi,
Due to a bit of ignorance I've completely screwed up my XBox.
It is a chipped XBox that was working fine until I did something stupid and ended up moving the Das files from their original location on the C drive to another folder on the C drive.
I am having trouble booting from DVD\CD that has the EVOX dash on it. THe XBox just keeps loading the "service needed screen".
If I run AID will I need to do anything else like FLash my BIOS? I am running an Aladdin chip (I've had it for about 18 months). so do I need I still need to flash?
Will the CD still load even thopugh I have no dash installed?

If you didnt change anything with your bios and it was working before...aid should load up if you cold boot it in your drive and load your bios....then you should be able to reinstall necessary files to the c drive...later. _________________ Xbox V1.6
