I know you have probably answered this a thousand times but....
I have a version 1.0 chipped (Xecture 2.6) Xbox running BIOS 4983 and Evox Slayer 2.6 and XBMC-CVS 18/01/06 by T3CH.
I Have been messing about downloading scripts etc and my problem is that I am unable to download the content of these scripts.
For example - If i wish to listen to the radio. I get the lists but no music.
If I want to read the news - I get the headlines but no story.
More specifically If i try and obtain album info it gives me the message "unable to connect to www.allmusic.com"
My weather isn't working either.
Now it is obviously a networking issue. (However I am able to stream content from my PC to Xbox no problem)
1) Where can I check my network status in EvoX or XBMC to say that I am connected or not connected to the internet.
2) How do i fix the problem?
Help me please!!!

Personally I do not know if this is the answer you are looking for but here it goes....slayers is a very outdated installer which means the xbmc version used in it is probably quite old....there have been numberous updates since then that is why i suggest you get aid 2.11.....it had all programs updated such as xbmc, dvd2xbox, etc....if you have tried messing around in your settings and still had no luck i think it might just be the old version of xbmc with bugs....good luck with your problem though...later. _________________ Xbox V1.6

I am currently in the processing of downloading AID 2.11 and have just updated my vios to 5035.
I have my network config set up as dhcp in EvolutionX dashboard and as "Automatic" in XBMC.
My Xbox is connected directly into router and my PC connects wirelessly to router.
Any ideas will really help!
