hey,im quite the noob when it comes to softmodding, but i have been working really had to get this soft mod onto my xbox, i tried using krazies as well as soft mod deluxe but everytime i load the linux file on SC and go to checkpoints it just freezes my xbox? i dont know if im using the right installer or what but im starting to go a lil crazy .... if anyone could help me out it would mean a lot to me, thank you for your time

1st of all if u post mutiple post then delted them..
now
get latest sid instlaler sid4 .. then try it from there if it dont work then try gettin anoter game ... remember once u have the linux intaller then u also need the sc gamesave .. so delte the current 1 ... and u should be good. _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

Look for it here.
What are you using to transfer the gamesaves? Some memory devices are known to corrupt the saves.
Delete the old gamesaves before transfering the new ones. Be sure to transfer the right saves. ie NTSC system= NTSC gamesave, PAL system=PAL gamesave.
You'll get better support here if you stick the the SID and AID packages. You'll find manuals in the link and helpfull posts in the SID and AID forums. There are also manuals in the download files. Read through them so you understand how the set up process should go.
Browse throught the forums and do your homework before attempting anything else.
We don't flame newbies here, so don't be afraid to ask questions.

im using AR to transfer the save files, ive read thru at least 5 different manuals and they are all genneraly the same, but thank you dm for helping me out i will try this as soon as i can, again thanks

i coukd only find SID3.. is that the one i should use?it says it installs Unleashx , but unleash sucks compared to evox(in my opinion)so what should i do?

Unleash is used for the softmod menu. You can install EvoX as your dash. If you are going with SID3 I suggest you also get AID 2.11. You will need it for other tools. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

k what ver of evox have u done ?? r u sure u havnt mistaken ux with somtin else?? i see it good as ux i like better then evox .. evox is just simple for novice and ux is for both novice and advance users .. but w/e
my ideal contact NKNAVE as i see sid4 link broken on the torrnet..

i have been using XBINS to get all of the packages that i need and do all the right steps but it still dosent work, i guess that i need to find a site that has SID4 but i cant find one , i looked at this one site but it only had 3, do you think that is good enough to use? still this splinter cell exploit dosent seem to work for me soo i guess that i will try AUF now..

well i know 007 works cuz i have it but to stay out of trouble get the one that is NOT the platinum edition..
CONTACT nknave for sid 4 ... his xed has the sid4 instaled as well u can get it and then install from there and just load up the game like if u was going to softmod . _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
