after i boot my xbox it says error code 12 instead of 11 thats the first problem, and after i run the iso cd on my pc it tells me, "could not acess drive on prim master your xbox is locked can someone help me? _________________

i followed your tut. pirrup. changed jumper on dvd drive to slave and put it on prim ide cable. unhooked dvdrom in the xbox turned it on then i get error code "12" and do everything you say to do. and after i tells me to type in "xboxhd" it says the hd is locked _________________

k hook back the dvd cable in the xbox .
we are going for another way
boot your xbox and look at the power circle when it starts flashing thats the correct time when it unlockes the hd . NOW be very fast and swap the cable to the pc . _________________ HOTSWAP | MS dash |
