i recently purchased a excecuter 2.6 ce mod chip from kanection .co.uk it came with instructions to download the latest bios which is x2 5035
i did that, eventualy after burning about 25 disks i discovered the dummy file had to be in duh anyway i flashes the chip with so, i then tryed to put in the evo dash but when it boots up it is going to the blue x box evo screen then changes back to the normal green ms dash (still plays backups music,xbox live.,setings etc i would like to know why it wont go to the evo dash instead if the green ms dash because i need the evo dash to get the ip address to use flash fxp
can anybody help im a total newbie as u can tell
think i might just go back to a spectrum or atari 2600 lol

well you need to install a dashboard now. Since you have a chip just manually ftp to your xbox and put evox in your apps folder and then boot it. Then make it your default dash. _________________ Moddingbandit
