well, I found the newest softmod installer, and want to uninstall SID V2, How Do I uninstall it???

My bios isn't flashed so it cant read it and I have a thompson drive(we all know how reliable those are)aslso to top that, I don't have any DVD+R's around, so can I just boot to the old SID V2 menu, and pick restore MS backup, then FTP and delete all the left over crap, then re-install a softmod with SID V4???

I re-did my softmod with sid v4, but I'm prolly getting a new HDD soon(prolly 50-100 gig) and can I install it somehow with sid v4, like make an XISO and have my friend burn it, or is there an easier way???
