Hey guys, first post here
Im just wondering what is the biggest hard drive I can install in my soft modded xbox?
I've heard that in order to use anything above 137gb you have to have a special bios flashed to a chip or something...
Im thinking about buying something around 200 - 250gb in size but want to know if I can use ALL the space even though Im softmodded before spending the money on one of these...

ok no u dont need such bios its on ly for mod chips..
but u dont need modchip to put that 200 or any other size hdd on xbox..
yes u can get FULL space if ur softmoding then u need xboxhdm1.9 and a pc ftp acces AND A WILL to do it .... VERY VERY VERY SIMPLE to upgrade hdd. i did it myself and i only have softmod .. i have a 200gb maxtor hd.. but u need a hd that is locable if u arnt using modchip... which all is solved THX to xboxhdm1.9 _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

About xboxhdm1.9 ... do I have to go to Xbins for that or can I simply find the file on this site (sorry im new and havent had much time to look around)

Gus, what proceedure did you use to u/g your hdd? there are so many out there, I'm not sure which to choose.
