Error 21 when i try to access network settings in MS dash
Does anyone know how to fix this, do I need an older version than 5960 ?
I have a 1.1 xbox. I restored my original backup dash that I made before I Installed SID 2.0. Im not sure what dash was on there before I installed SID 2.0 but I know I upgraded it to 5960.

Is this a softmod or hardware mod?

This Xbox is entirely softmod, the case has never been opened.

ok your ms dash needs to be patched probably.
Edit: If that don't work try remodding it and patching the Ms dash in the softmods section of the AID disk

What does patching it do ?? Does it just upgrade it to the latest MS dash or does it actually change something so that you can run MS dash with a modded bios ??

The reason i ask is because, i got frusterated and copied all the files from my original 1.1 stock HD backup over to 100% retail. Then i went into settings and it updated something from Xbox Live and then i was able to go into network setting with no problems. But after i reinstalled SID 4.0 from scratch and went into the MS dash from my Evox menu it would let me do everything except network settings gave an error 21 again.

BTW: I installed SID 4.0 dual boot with the game save option as my secondary boot. If i install a dual boot with The stock MS dash as my secondary boot would this solve my Error 21 Problem ??
