You'd have to have an Xtender to add a 2nd drive unless you are outright replacing the first. Otherwise there isn't enough room. CD's don't work for xbox games, they are dvd's only but if you wish to back up your retail games to the hdd then I would recommend DVD2Xbox for that chore.
Makes it super simple and allows game play off the hdd, which is faster. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

If you download XBOX-HQ's very own Auto Installer Deluxe (AID), the program is right on there, also avilable are NUMEROUS other applications for various other tasks. You can find it in the VIP download section or at aideluxe.com Hope that helps. _________________ XBOX v1.6c

I have a problem with my disk drive.I recently put a hdd activity led in my xbox and the other day i was installing leds in the ports and while putting it back together, i pulled apart wire 39 from my ide cable.About only half of the wires in wire 39 were soldered back to the link but i thought it would be fine for now.Does anyone think that's the case......that i need to replace my ide cable? _________________ Roy Blaze out.
