I had live help yesterday and i got to as far as putting the wire in the D0. the red light on my mod-chip was so that everything was successfull. The xbox would do like 3 boots then it will just go on a blank black screen. and the light colors were green, and red. I dont think Cromwell was installed on this one? Is cromwell usually installed on a mod-chip? I got the software X-control the one downloaded from easybuy2000.com. I sucesfully triggered the usb and to my mod-chip. Whats wrong here?

check and make sure you clipped the excess off your wires. i had that prob. once and it turned out to just be that the wires were grounding out on the metal plate thats connected to the casing.
