Well my brother recently SoftModded our Box with Splinter Cell. Everything works great, however, the list of Game Trainers or hacks only has 2 of the games we own...Is there an updated list of these games that I could install somehow or do something too? Also, How do i run the games from my hard drive... thanks in advance for any help.

Welcome to Xbox-HQ Wink
Ok, have a look here or here for more trainers for your xbox.

Also, using the app Xored ETM Mini Engine Launcher, you can launch trainers from any dashboard, not just evox. Plus, it auto-detects which games you have trainers for Smile

To run games off the HDD, you really should upgrade your HDD to a larger capacity, because you can only fit a few games on a retail HDD.

But to copy games to the hard disk, you can use DVD2XBOX, which copies/patches the game(to run off HDDs), and then your dashboard should auto-detect the games.

Hope this helps you a little,

Cheers,
Roo Wink

sorry about double post Embarassed

Ok. To FTP, you need to connect your xbox to your PC, or router with a crossover network cable, and setup the network IP adresses
e.g.
    xbox IP: 10.0.0.46
    xbox subnet: 255.255.255.0

    PC IP: 10.0.0.1
    PC subnet: 255.255.255.0

Well this works for me, anyway Wink

Next, you will need an FTP client, like FileZilla, which is free Smile (personally, I use FlashFXP, but it costs money to register)

Once you get setup, enter your xbox IP in your ftp client, and the username 'xbox', and password 'xbox' (without quotes), and now select connect

You should now be able to transfer files to and from your xbox.

If I were there, i could set it up no problems Smile its just that I can't explain it very well Confused
Maybe someone can add to what i have said?
