hi,
have been softmodding for the last couple of months using sid3 and now sid4 and must say thanks to the people using their time to making these eploits.
I have had a problem with the last one i did and was wondering if anybody could help.
I installed sid 4 on a v1.6 and everthing worked ok(have patched the sc exploit with the new rar but still had to use the ntse-pal converter to display pal)
Tried to install xbmc from auto installer 2.11 (as i have done on other xboxes)but on booting up it stalled on the unleash booting screen,after several attemps doing the same put splinter cell back in and went to the sid 4 screen and installed the mod backup.
On booting up unleash booted fine and all apps work correctly but it show the c drive as having no space as well as the f drive.
On entering avalaunch dashboard(thru apps)it says c drive critical and has no space.
when ftp back into box it will not let me open c or f, will i have to format all and re install---advice would be appreciated ,thanks dale

This has been stated in the main release thread, but i'll guide you a bit.

SID 4 has 3 main boot targets, and only supports dashes loaded from E:\, you cannot install a dash to C:\evoxdash.xbe and hopes it runs without proper shortucuts.

SID 4 will load dashes in this order.

E:\DASH\default.xbe
E:\Dashboard\default.xbe
E:\evoxdash.xbe

If you want to install XBMC from AID, i suggest you install to E:\evoxdash.xbe, or you can install as an app, rename the folder xbmc to dash, and put directly into E:\, that way it's loaded before unleashX.

Or use DISC.ISO (now named XED) to install it directly.
