I can't disable X3CE chip holding down power button. On my XE control panel it flashes RED then goes back to BLUE ( Chip enabled ) Any ideas?

Did you install the Powerboard PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Correctly. You may have a.) not installed it b.) put it the wrong 2 prong reciever. DOuble check your connections. r
