I recently upgraded my hard drive in my xbox to a larger one.I still have the original 8gb drive. Before I upgraded to the larger drive I had installed avalaunch on the original 8gb drive, in the c partition.I'd like to delete the avalaunch files and restore the C partition to retail state. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a list of the original MS files that were in the C partition?I know I can just delete the avalaunch files and what's left should be the original files. But I want to be sure I don't take out any critical xbox files.I think I only need 4 folders and 3 files. Here's what would be left after I delete avalaunch.
Folder-Audio
Folder-Fonts
Folder-Xboxdashdata
Folder-xoxdash
File-xboxBook.xtf
File-xbox.xtf
File-xboxDash.xbe
Does that look right?
You probably figured out the object is to have the original 8gb drive in retail condition so I can go on xbox live.
Thanks for any advice.

Awesome. Thanks for the quick response, that's exactly what I needed!I've read many of your posts in these forums(very helpful) and I didn't notice the Msdash link in your sig! Duh.I have to tell you if it wasn't for XBHQ and helpful people like you my xbox would be a doorstop or maybe a cool planter.Being a noob to xbox modding(jumped on the band wagon a little late with 360 out now) the Xenium ice turned out to be a good choice of modchip. The Xenium os let me ftp the box from the get go and flashing bios from a pen drive inserted in controller port (with supplied usb thingie) is reallly sweet.Once again thanks for the info.
