I am currently running a modded xbox with an evox dash and I've been trying to backup my originals and load some onto the HDD. The way I've been doing this is by copying the contents of the D drive and using either ctool or xxxiso to make an iso out the contents. The problem is that when I t try to ftp the folder back onto the HDD it has no xbe name and so it goes onto the box but wont show up on the dash as it has no name. it seems like there woulbe an easy way to give it one but I'll be damned if I know what it is . thanks in advance for the help. So you are simply trying to put games on your hdd? I suggest using either complex tools or dvd2xbox...then you wont have to mess with your computer at all....the only reason to ftp to your computer would be to make a hard disc copy....later.

You can also rename the XBE by Quix or manually in the fileexplorer.
