installed the softmod on my unmodded xbox using splinter cell exploit,all fine until i put the auto installer disk in afterwards,i formatted my c drive and then tried to run the ms patch,now its deleted the ms dashbaord and my xbox keeps coming up with different error codes,is there any way to put the ms dash back on there?

Try going through the first installer steps again. It will take you to the menu saying to restore MS dash. Hit that and restart your box.
