Have a Xenium spice mod boots to Xenium O/S fine but now my dvd tray wont open. the first boot it did,now it acts like it wants to but it does not.
any help would be great....

Just a guess is that perhaps a ribbon inside the Xbox moved after the first opening and is jamming the door or servo from the inside. Suggest inspect the Xbox interior to be sure all is clear. RIBBON IS GOOD COULD IT BE THE MOD O/S? LIKE I SAID IT OPEN BY ITSELF AND CLOSED NOW IT JUST CLICKS AS IF TRYING TO OPEN AGAIN.THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE....ANY HELP ONCE AGAIN IS GREATFULL...

If its clicking it sounds like something is blocking the tray. You might have to open the box again and check it. _________________

The drive might just be misaligned, no biggie. It hapens sometimes after you mod a box. It might not happen right away, but it can happen. _________________

chill, calm down, just try to loosen up some screws that hold the dvd-rom, this has happened to me for dissambling to many times.
