I softmodded my xbox and when i restarted it after installing AID 2.11 it wouldnt load the dashboards anymore even if i put the AID disc and reboot it but i did make an eeprom backup with config magic and i think it worked just after that i restarted and no dashboard loads anymore but i can still play games i looked at a hot swap tutorial and it said that it was used to"recover a hd without eeprom backup " but i did backup so is there a way i can restore the dashboard without opening my xbox also the save i used from SID to originally softmod my box got deleted in the "prepare HD" option so what can i do?

Sorry bud since the gamesaves were erased the hotswap is the only choice. Your eeprom is for locking and unlocking the hdd. If you ftp'd it to your pc then you would just use xboxhdm on the pc to restore your hdd. Either way you still have to take the hdd out and hook it up to your pc. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS
