Posted: Mon Nov 14, 2005 4:01 pm Post subject: Softmodded Won't play OEM DVD's
I softmodded my xbox with SID 3.0 and 007 exploit, than used AID nkpatcher + msdash installed evox. Than I upgraded the HD 80gb with PC using hddloader everything works great. I used DVD2XBOX to back-up games onto HD that all works perfect and I can play a game by using the OEM disc in the drive using Evox option of Play DVD from Media.
My problem is I tried to put a movie into the xbox just to watch it and it will not play I tried all differnt movies from different time frames and I can't get any movie to play at all. I hit the Play DVD from MEdia option on Evox and it looks like it is going to load and than Evox shows back up like I just turned on the xbox. Any help would be appreciated I don't know if I forgot to install something or what?

You need to install the DVDX app to play movies with out the remote and ir dongle. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS
