if i start a new account on my xbox, can i play on xbl without being banned from mm on halo 2?
i softmodded my xbox and got my account banned from mm because i forgot to turn off one of my mods, and on relic, my rocket launcher was shooting warthogs. ooops.
so anyways, when i go to mm it says that one or more players on my xbox has been banned from mm. so, if i start a new account, can i play mm again?
i promise im not a damn cheater, i just forgot to change something back once.

I think (but am not sure) that you can start a new live account and go back to playin on halo 2 (as long as your account was not actually banned from xbox live, like if you can still login to a different game on live). I say that because you were not actually banned from xbox live, rather you were caught by bungie. But the only true way of finding out is trying. I would suggest using one of your free 2 month trials before you spend the $50 though. _________________ XBOX- V1.0
