Hello gang, I have YAMP on my xbox but it want play cd's or mp3 .what program would you recommed? I have media center and it want work either.

download Xbox Media Center.

and install to your E:\apps, or F:\apps, and you should be fine running all sorts of media files.

mp3, wav, wma, mpg, mpeg, avi, wmv, mov, asf, etc.....

I have media center installed,but it want play mp3, I can get retail cd's to work but no go on burned cd's/

Sounds like you need diffrent media, you can test this by making a backup of one of your retail cd`s and see if that plays.

if not:

try a diffrent brand of disc in your dvd drive.
