i just bought a 200gb X-ecuter 2.3pro modchip xbox and i dont know how to flash a BIOS onto it or how to get a evox dashboard on it so could anyone out there help me out

I have a couple solid pieces of advice for you.
First, read the beginner tutorials and check out a lot of the posts in regard to bios', iso creation, and EvolutionX.
Second, become a VIP member and then download DJB's autoinstaller. The autoinstaller can flash a bios, install Evolution X, and also install many apps that you will want to use on this machine.
Unfortunately, without a hacked bios onboard it won't read the burned cd, so you are going to have to do the first thing I said prior to loading the autoinstaller.
If you have any problems finding the right tutorial, please reply and I will go look for it for you.
But, you definitely need some basic knowledge before you attempt flashing as you will just frustrate yourself with failure. You gotta crawl before you can walk, and you gotta walk before you can run...
