i live in the UK and im looking to sell my softmoded xbox one ebay and wos wondering.
1. are softmods iligal
2. are any of the dashes iligal
3. am i allowed to sell it with my backups as long as i say the buyer should own the origonals to play them.
please can someone help

1. No. They are just exploits.
2. It depends on what your running. XDK unsigned code is illegal. Cromwell or linux is legal.
3. Ebay's policies forbid selling backed-up games. People do it all the time, just don't mention it in auction description. You risk having your listing pulled otherwise. _________________
