I am attempting to install the SID 2.0 on my Halo2 edition Xbox using Splinter Cell. I can get as far as completing the MS backup and the Mod backup. When I press "install softmod" it starts installing and then stops and says there is an error. Any ideas? I restored Ms and Mod backups and now everything is back to normal (thank goodness). I am currently downloading SID 3.0 - maybe this will work. Any help/advice is appreciated Thanks!

Ive never softmodded using SID2 only SID3 and ive modded nearly every model so far.. I would suggest download SID3 for sure.. That should solve the probs.
anyway, sounds like you know what your doing now.. So it should be simple
