Sadly, I do believe my box is now done, i was re-installing my mod and before it said it was safe to turn off the xbox...my power went out...now nothing works. No auto-installers,no dashboards, ltools also wont install the UDE...because it says the action script is missing...PLease! any help?i dont wanna lose my box... Also if i just buy a new hard drive, will it fix my problem.

I do believe I'd take that one out on my city lighting and power company. Try smashing street lamps and vandalizing city property until it eases the pain a little.

As long as nothing has burned out and Pirrup's hotswap method doesn't work, you will have to install a modchip.
It will allow you to recover your xbox. Not to many ways around that. _________________ XBOX v1.6

So the MS Dash no longer loads? If it still does, just recopy the game save. If not, does the game save load at all? IE load the softmod menu so that you might be able to access the box via ftp? If so you could just ftp the game save over, and it will allow you to restart the xbox, then reattempt the exploit, however if it doesn't boot into anything, which game are you using? I know that 007 lets you load saves from the mem card, this could be a quick easy ftp access. _________________

cant ftp,cant get msdash...and im unsure on how to hook it up to do a hot swap...although i know i have a backup of my C drive on my pc

I have that problem before when helping my friend to mod his xbox, the XBOX logo still load up, but after that, Error 21 show on screen. even i put AID in the tray, doesn't boot either. So we have to borrow other friend's solderless modchip to boot AID and restore the MS Dash. Hope this help, good luck.
