I have a modded box. No problems. I softmodded a friends box successfully, played burnt games great....I put a copied game in, turned the power off then turned it on (with the game in the drive) and zzzzzp. No more dash. Will not boot. I didnt back it up(I know) Can it be restored? How? Use my modded box somehow? I am at a loss. Help.

There are many ways to fix your problem but first we need as much info as possible.
Does the XBOX boot backup games, autoinstallers anymore??
Does the XBOX boot original games?
Is there a error code?
If the XBOX still boots backups then you can use Auto Installer Deluxe to reinstall a dashboard.. You just have to be sure to reinstall a SOFTMOD DASHBOARD from the softmods section of AID and not the normal section.
If the xbox doesnt boot backups anymore and DOES BOOT ORIGINAL GAMES you may have to reinstall the softmod again from the beginning.
