Just wanted to say thanks to XBOX-HQ for the wealth of information that you have provided. I just got finished with my first Xbox softmod. Ran in to quite a few problems, but all have been resolved just from reading the boards and learning from other people's mistakes. To anyone out there getting ready to do something like this for the first time, just be patient and keep reading, sooner or later you will find someone that is having the EXACT same problem as you are, and in my experience, they were easily resolved.

Ordered my 120 gb harddrive and will be reading about hard drive upgrades until it gets here.
