Xbox A: Virgin |||| Xbox B: chipped with evox
1. DL AID 3 from mininova.org
2. extract SID 4.5 Knave gamesave to PC(is Xfer 202 good or is there any better for this).
3. Transfer Splinter cell[PAL] udata/ folder to E/udata on chipped xbox B
4. shutoff xbox B, put in noname xbox MU, boot up modded and from evox--> go to msdash(does version matter?) and now transfer gamesave to MU as is zip ok??.
6. Shutoff xbox B, put in memory onto xbox A, put in Splinter cell 1(PAL), when menu comes up load gamesave(is there 2 files?)
7. now I should see filemanager, chose right options when done shut off, restar gamesave with MU in or out?
8. now put in AID and install Unleash + apps??

Looks like you got everything, but just to clairify:
4. .zip is for Action Replay
6. boot to M$dash and transfer both gamesaves.
7. Boot S.C. and load the "LINUX" gamesave. (HAVE LOTS FUN) _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

So:
4. Transfer the files unpacked to MU(no zip or gsx)?
6. Transfer the linux map and gamesave map to udata on virgin xbox A
7. SC gamesave save changes now put in the AID3
and install dash + apps in just as normal chipped box? do I have to boot gamesave twice or after settings done for exploit I can put in AID 3 without turning of xbox?
also does it matter what dash Virgin xbox has before softmod or will Softmod take care of it?
so is there a virtual eeprom for pal SC xbox?
edit--> also when transfering files from chipped xbox to MU does it have to be an original msdash or can it be modded? my chipped box is unlocked bcs I'm afraid my drive would be in danger if locked.

when you transfer the game saves to the MEM card you need to have the Udata files, when you put them onto the virgin XB you just do it through the Memory menu.
You load the gamesave and tell it to B.U. eeprom and c:, then install softmod. Congratulations! you have a softmodded XBox.
Now you can load the AID 3.0 disk and load APPs and softmod dashboards. (there IS a difference) _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

after backing up c & eeprom and installing softmod(I guess this is in the meny)
I dun turn of xbox but just inser AID3 and install sofmod dash +all apps +emulators, can this be done in one step or mybe it's smarter to firs install a dashboard only.
also I thought there were 2folders one Installer and one udata/(numbers/exploit files) but maybe both SC gamesave and linux are in the udata folder, I'm following this tutorial:

The softmod that you install is going onto the HDD you will need to restart the XBox (without a disk and with the tray closed) to finish it. After you get to the EvoX dash, then you put in AID 3.0. _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

is the evox in MU or is it in AID 3? will SId 4.5 or 3.1 be in MU?
If I understood correctly:
boot gamesave, backup eeprom and c, install softmod, turn off box. now turn on with power button(small button) evox willl welcome me and I put in AID and chose softmod install.
or is it boot gamesave insert AID 3.0 and install softmod, remove disc turn off, restart wihout MU ir disc in and install

EvoX is in the Gamesave, SID 4.5, and AID 3.0(in several places)!

You are close, it will do this:
...install softmod, restart and you will get UnleashX for a finalization process. Then you will get EvoX when it reboots again!
Now you can pop in the AID disk and install any apps you want. _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

when I restart(this is automatic eh, without having to boot from gamesave? )
and there is unleashX I assume I could chose unleashx as dash instead of evox or is the dash changing done through the AID?
And now when rebooted 'twice' with evox as dash according to you, the xbox is finally done.
Does this apply to SID 3.1/4.5 with AID 3.0 or only with 4.5?!

This Applies to SID 4.5, no matter how you install it(from AID 3.0 or Gamesave), not SID 3 _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

Yes, but you need to remove the game disk.

Yes you can choose to have UnleashX as your dash, and you would end up with that instead of EvoX

ok, So Final:
boot gamesave from HDD with game in, run SID 4.5, now SC game can be removed and also Memory can be removed? apply all settings as backup c(but not eeprom bcs 4.5) and how to boot(one or Dual), when all this is done I will insta softmod, now turnoff/turn on, the xbox will automatically go to UnleashX here everything is easy(hopefully), when dash is chosen, The xbox is DONE!

Uuumm...NO!
1. Boot gamesave from HDD with game in, run SID 4.5.
2. Backup C & EEPROM, (optional) use File manager to copy eeprom to memorycard.
3. Install softmod, choose how to boot(one or Dual) and dash(UnleashX or EvoX), and let it turn off.
4. SC game must now be removed. Turn back on with eject, take out disk and make sure the tray is closing before the M$ logo appears.
5. Follow on-screen instructions, (Press A, it will then work and reboot)
6. Congratulations, I just soft-modded your Xbox for you and you owe me $40.00 (USD please), payable to my PayPal acct. Please PM me for the address. _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

You don't need the memory card after you transfer the gamesaves. It may be removed or left in. It doesn't matter. _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!
