I am using UnleashX and softmodded my xbox and everything was working fine. I changed the unleashx splash pic to another jpg and I dont think I have done anything else since the problem I am having. My xbox seems to restart itself and loops with the jpg like 2-3 times on start up and also during IGR. Sometimes during IGR the game will reload again after I reset to go to the dashboard. Any ideas?

Power on xbox, and after the X Logo is gone, press the "back" button alot till you load UnleashX with no skin on it, after you use it's own built-in file manager to delete your bad file, in this case that splash pic. _________________ Xbox v1.1

Can i just FTP to it and delete it that way? or is this the only fix

Why FTP when UnleashX has one beatiful File manager built-in, just use the feature, browse to your skin folder, highlight file and press start to bring menu and take action.
Sure you can FTP to it, and do it manually, but I think if something offers a feature like this, use it, it's there for that reason. _________________ Xbox v1.1

I just FTP to it cause I had the UXspalsh backed up on my computer, now it works fine.
