Hi Guys,
I learned a lot from softmodding my xbox (thanks to all the help from this site and the posters).

Now, I have picked up a used xbox off ebay that has a Xecuter 2.3 lite chip, a little piece that is attached to the front bottom of the xbox with 3 switches and a light, and a 120GB hard drive. When I turn on the xbox, I get the xbox screen with a little pink triangle in the top left corner with EVO X written on it and then the EvoX dashboard loads up.

I know very little about modchips but basically I'd like some help in familiarizing myself with the system and learning the in's and outs of it.

For instance, how does one disable the chip modchip and if you do that should the MS Dash load up automatically? (There is an enable/disable button on the front piece circuit board that I mentioned earlier, but if I set it to disable I get a "05 Service required. Call customer support." On the little board is also a switch for Protect/Unprotect and Bank1/Bank2.

I just also bought another xbox from ebay that a Xenium Ice chip w/ a 250GB drive installed and this xbox has a nice menu when you boot up and a lot of options.

Any pointers to learning about the system would be appreciated.
