there was a temp dir. and aid10new.iso file. What are the dash files?

did all that.
The only thing I can't do is use decrypter. I can't figure for the life of me how to get it to pull a file off my hard drive and decrypted to my DVD drive.Terabyt1 _________________ Xenium Ice 2.0

The file I need in the root Dir. of the boot DVD is the file that is created from either the DummyCD dir. or the recreate Dir. correct? (aid10new.iso) Do I need the Temp Dir. also?

i just edit the installer to what i want it to look like the create the xbox

This is turning into a nightmare. This has been an ongoing hassel since Sunday. I blew a whole weeks vac. sitting infront of this computer and I not looking at pawn because my kid comes in every 10 minutes to see if I have made progress yet.
I was told this was very easy after you get the chip put in. Boy where they wrong.

lol , yeah you are right , its not an easy task ,
first time is the hardest , this is where you figure out whats what
and whats going on ,
first time i moded an xbox i went through every tutorial i could find ,
and that was enough info for me to get through with very little help ,

The chip to me is the easiest part.
Since you are so close to me, you should just let me get you the installer already burned to a disk so you can use it. If you would have given me your address you would have had it today or tomorrow.
If you want, I can meet you in Monroeville somewhere and give you the disk tomorrow. I am meeting another member at the Crackerbarrel in New Stanton tomorrow to get his Xbox to mod. He is from WV.
Also, here is the program that I use to create all of my AI's. I have never personally used DVD Dectrypter so I cant tell you what to do step by step.
They have a free trial if you download the program. Just open it up once installed and select, Write Existing Data. Then, browse to where you have the file stored and double click the file (aidnew.iso file)
Then click the start button and it will be done in five minutes or so. I would also be using DVD-R's.
But, in the interim, if you want me to hook you up tomorrow or Friday somewhere I'll meet you half way.
Just let me know man.

I got it working. Right click mouse on file / open with DVD decrypter/ go.
Came up and started loading, what a pretty sight. If I can flash with the right bios I can blow away and start from scratch tomarrow. Now that I have a clue, it should'nt be so F uped.
