Anyone know if someone has maybe possibly made a original Xbox case model without the giant X on top digitally, physically or would know of a way to modify case to remove the X, besides throwing a paper cover over it.

Do you mean replacing the case 'jewe'l?
If your Xbox has a ".....giant X...." on the case jewel then it sounds like it was already customised because (all?) original Xbox 'jewels' have the the lettering "XBOX" not "X".
Never tried replacing it myself but by all the accounts I've read it is not easy and can often result in case damage or the 'jewel' breaking.

It's the X that the jewel sits in the center of. I know can't get rid of it, but I was thinking I could probably do something to the case to where you can't see the x anymore, painting it all one color looks good but you still see it. Was wondering if anyone probably had any ideas.
first thought that came to my mind was using bondo, but there's probably a better way.
I'll make it a project though and see what I come up with, or maybe have someone design and make one, should be fun either way.

Looking at it again I realised you were talking about the actual molded X, part of the top casing shell.
I don't think I've ever seen a case mod that has removed that. Some have the ribbed part of the casing cut away, particularly standard black case Xboxs, and replaced it with clear or translucent windows with LED lighting.
I wouldn't want to try it but a big tin of P.38 or similar automotive filler and a lot of sanding, filling in the ribbed and lower areas of the case top shell to bring it all up to the same level as the X might work.
But who knows what sort of reaction thee might be between the case plastic and the filler in short or long term.
