also, if you're a member of "underground gamer" you can download SPPV's emu installer from HERE. (znesx is embedded in the installer) it's a ratio nazi house! LEECHERS not welcome!
it's possible it exists at "Xbox-HQ" but don't quote me there, if it does exist, you'll need to signup also but it's not a private tracker so you're not bound by ratio stipulations...

I can confirm that the Emu Installer v.3 is available on Xbox-HQ for VIP's on the FTP server. Go to that using an FTP client and dl it there.

That emu does not exist for XBOX. Latest SNES9X for XBOX is v5.01 which is in the installer linked above. Just because a new version is available for PC is meaningless as far as XBOX goes. Different libraries, different architecture, someone like Madmab, HCF or X would have to rewrite/port and XDK compile it etc. So be happy with 5.01

I also have put it on my Mediafire server along with the Atari Xtras Installer, v3.1, Babylon and the rest of the Xtras Installers.
