XBMC Installer Deluxe v1.42 Update Pack

This update is only a minor one, consisting of a new build of XBMC plus a couple of new skins. SID 5.11 has also been added.

For a X2 chip I'd recommend a X2 BIOS, from memory you'll need a 512kb BIOS, just double-check though
