Chimp will only show the size of the hdd you cloned so you need to use xbox partitioner to get the rest to show up.

Or you can use the AID disk to do a one click softmod install and that should do the trick.

ok. thanks for reply. i ran the installer right from the hdd. is that ok to do that. i just booted softmod menu and did an install again. it did not show up as far as the f partition after doing this.
i need to figure this out first, but i had a couple more questions. i might as well just continue in this thread.
how exactly do i ftp skins to work? also downloaded aeon and wanted to put that on but didnt know where to put it. i have been ftping stuff instead of making disks.

just a quick question along the same lines of this thread. chimp ran fine on 3 xbox's that i done but i have a newer one i think it is a 1.6a and chimp does not want to load. i go to the xbe. file and then it tries, jumps about 3 times then screen goes green. is there any issues running this on newer versions?

Yeah man with the 1.6 you need to telnet the box, try this guide: http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-255.html

If you plug the xbox right to the PC use the X over and if you plug to a router then both cables will work.
