when i poen media center and look for tv signal it tells me that i have signal on composite 2 which is my xbox and i see the preview but when i try to set that as my setting it tells me it cant find IR signal.
pls help me

my computer has the video outputs in the front the red,yellow, and white.
when i plug it in and turn on the xbox nothing comes up.
but if i search for a tv signal on media center i get a preview and try to make that mmy choice but it says the ir wasnt found

You cant plug things in to a video output other then a TV, you need a video input for an xbox.

The PC is looking for TV signals, which is why nothing will appear if you stick your Xbox in the connectors. I think you're getting a bit confused with what you want.
