I've modded 4 xbox's, all with great success, all thanks to help from this marvelous forum! i've been playing for 6 months and now when i tried to go back and add more games i find i am unable to ftp to any of my xboxes and i can't figure it out. here is what i've done: changed ethernet cables, tried 3 different ftp clients (FlashXP, Filezilla, Core FTP), tried connecting through my router and also directly using a cross over cable. my xbox settings are: IP 192.168.1.101, Default gateway 192.168.1.100. my router is 192.168.1.1. oddly enough i can ping my xbox successfully.
i must be missing a simple step or setting but i've tried for 4 days now without success. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
